The target audience for services offered by Creature Counseling are the guardians of dogs and cats who have behavioral problems or wish to take preventative measures to avoid future ones. The main geographical coverage is south central Wisconsin, but telephone and video conferencing consultations are available for people outside of this area.

Types of Services

Consultations for Pet Behavioral Problems 
Through compassion and understanding, an environment of team work is established between the veterinarian, client (guardian), and patient (pet). The ultimate goal is the resolution of the behavioral problem(s) and the enhancement of the bond between the pet and his/her person.

Prevention of Pet Behavioral Problems
These services include such things as puppy socialization classes, professional education, kitten classes, and behavioral handouts for general distribution. The ultimate goal is the enhancement of the bond between pets and their people and the prevention of the dissolution of the relationship between the two parties due to unreasonable expectations or the lack of understanding of normal animal behavior.

Sales of Pet Behavioral Products
These products are used to augment the treatment of pet behavioral problems or prevent their development.
